My name is Michael Koontz. Home inspections is my passion. I am located in Northwest Arkansas. I enjoy helping home buyers make an educated decision about making that long term investment. My goal is to identify any major problems that may need to be addressed before the home is purchased.

Before becoming a home inspector I served in the United States Air Force. Graduated from Utah Valley University with a degree in Technology Management  and an emphases in Electrical Automation. I have worked for Multi-Craft contractors in Heating and Air. I have worked as an Electrical Technician for Rockline Industries. I have been involved in several remodel and construction projects. I have also spent several years as a Facilities Manager.
